Since November 2003, in the heart of Medard Saint en Jalles, close to Bordeaux, in the western south of France, the chocolate factory of Florent Bouchon welcomes you Tuesday at Saturday, place de l'Hôtel de ville. (near the Townhall).

He creates various home-made kinds of chocolates mainly of dark chocolate, but also of milk, chocolate of varied tastes, sometimes traditional, often astonishing. All the chocolates are 100% cocoa butter.

Florent Bouchon also proposes home made fruit pastes : apricot, blackcurrant of Burgundy,yellow lemon, fig of solliès, wild strawberry, raspberry, griotte (cherry), tangerine, mirabelle plum, blackberry, pear william .

Chocolates and fruit pastes are proposed in boxes, simple white boxes of Mister Bouchon's colors or more decorative boxes.

From September 2006, it will be possible to order and pay on line, and thus to receive the chocolates or to send them to the person of your choice.

If you come near Bordeaux , do not hesitate to visit us, the store is open Tuesday to Saturday, all the year, except during summer holidays, in general from mid-July to the end of August.
